Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Ideally, experience with KS3/KS4 curriculum and students with SEN, SEMH, or ASD
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and inclusive teaching strategies
- Creativity and compassion to reach students who might struggle in a conventional classroom
