Support the delivery of the teams mandatory training and online learning development plan social media strategy including creating content, quizzes, e-learning content and help tutorials. for feeds and snippets in various social media sites The production and provision of accessible and transparent reports from the PCAT system. To provide first line technical support to end users of the PCAT platform. The maintenance of existing e-Learning content and associated training materials. To support in a project administration role, updating project plans, online management tools etc. Support on the sourcing of external digital learning content for use the organisation. Assist the PCA Manager in managing a range of Internal and external projects relating to the learning platform. To have an awareness and understanding of sensitive information, always ensuring strict confidentiality. Prioritise own work schedule, to ensure an efficient and timely output within all areas of responsibility, to assist in achievement of quality and audit standards.
