Job Description
STT GDC Philippines is a joint venture between Globe, Ayala and ST Telemedia Global Data Centre (STT GDC).

As a Talent Management Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our workforce, focusing on leadership development, learning, and career development, as well as performance management. You will also play a critical role in recruitment marketing and building strategic partnerships with academic institutions to attract and nurture future data center talents like interns or cadet programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership development framework that aligns with our business objectives and industry standards.
Oversee the learning and development initiatives, ensuring they are effective, relevant, and aligned with career progression paths.
Drive the performance management process, integrating it seamlessly with our talent development strategy.
Spearhead recruitment marketing strategies to enhance our employer brand, particularly within academic environments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and educational institutions to develop a pipeline of future talent for internships and graduate programs.
Use data analytics to measure the impact of talent management initiatives and to make informed decisions for continuous improvement.
Manage cross-functional projects with a focus on innovation in talent management practices.
Provide strategic oversight for career development programs to ensure they meet the needs of both the employees and the business.
Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in any related fied of study
Proven experience in Talent Management, particularly within the technology or data center sector.
Strong project management skills and the ability to lead strategic initiatives across the organization.
Proficiency in data analytics with experience in using insights to drive talent strategies.
Deep knowledge of leadership development, performance management systems, and learning and development best practices.
Experience in building and maintaining academic partnerships and in designing programs for early-career talent.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
