Job description
-Achieve and exceed sales target assigned
-Attend to customers’ enquiries on timely basis
-Provide excellent customer service and handle feedback and complaints
-Maintain and develop customer relationships through an individual approach
-Engage in telemarketing to make appointments with potential leads
-Be proactively engaged in maximizing sales opportunity
-Process and arrange sales of product and liaising with internal department
-Consistent follow up after-sales and handle related paperwork
-Prepare for meeting and document sales activities
-Upkeep knowledge of sales, promotions, policies and product
-Perform other duties as assigned
