Responsibility

• • Prepare tender and contract documents.
  • Feasibility studies of client requests.
  • Advice on materials procurement.
  • Tender for the Project or plan costing for new project.
  • Cost analysis and cost control and to keep the project within the budget.
  • Variation order claim, EOT claim.
  • Site visits, assessments, and measurement.
  • Certify sub-contractor claim.
  • Prepare progress claim.
  • Price negotiation with sub-contractor or supplier.
  • Prepare Letter of Award to sub-contractor.
  • Attend all contractual matters for the main contract and sub-contract throughout the process phase.
  • Prepare quotation to client.
  • Prepare final account (Sub-contractor or Consultant).
  • Coordinate works with the project site.
  • Monitor and manage the project contracts.
  • Ensure all activities are complied with company’s QMS standard and procedure.
  • Undertake any other related duties assigned by superior.
