Property and Retail Account Executive (11-month contract)
Hounslow (Hybrid)
Up to £150p/d DOE

We are currently working with a key client looking for a Property and Retail Account executive for a 11-12 month contact in Hounslow. This role would be an ideal fit for HSE/Compliance administrator who has a good understanding of property compliance and an understanding of Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order (RRO).

What are we looking for?

• Qualifications / Experience in Fire safety, health and safety, risk management, facilities management/compliance, contractual compliance, business management and/or experience of working in a property environment.
• Understanding of the Fire Safety Regulations - Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order (RRO), Health and Safety Regulations and Building Regulations would be an advantage.
• Effective communication skills, written and verbal to enable reporting and presenting to 3rd parties, internal stakeholders and business partners essential.
• Ideally the successful candidate will have Level 3 Fire Safety Management (Training provided if not)

What will you be doing?

• Creating reports to help in identifying deliver sales and service driving initiatives with Retailers and Tenants - Audit reporting, Data processing.
• Manages day to day logistics operations.
• Crisis management Actively participates in crisis management and assist in co-ordinating contingency planning as required
• Responsible for compliance with company Security, Fire and Health & Safety compliance policies, ensuring safe working practices to minimise risk to self, work colleagues and customers.

Fawkes & Reece are aiding a specialist engineering company who provide services to the UK'S transport network across aviation , rail and more. They are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Regional Aviation projects commercial team based from their Heathrow office. The role will include working on a variety of civil engineering and Airport infrastructure contract where you will be heading up a team , tendering and pre contract.

The successful applicant will have demonstrate experience in a similar role and have the ability to communicate professionally at all levels. You must have successfully held a senior role within a commercial team previously , have experience with NEC form of contract and a degree in either Quantity Surveying or an equivalent .

Duties will include:

• Leading the commercial function across a wide variety of projects, both within existing frameworks and stand-alone projects, to ensure successful project delivery
• Acting as a focal point for all commercial activities across a series of projects, ensuring contract commercial deliverable and timescales are met and delivered within the companies values
• Assisting in the review of contractual documentation at tender stage
• Undertake the commercial function on strategic projects, from pre-contract, through to final account, including sub-contract management, forecasting, valuation management and cashflow
