As our next Body Construction Apprentice starting on 2nd September 2024, you'll be a valued integral part of our Manufacturing team.
To excel in this role, you'll need to be a highly motivated with a proactive and hands on approach. You should be able to work on your own initiative and have a strong desire to succeed. We're keen to bring in someone who is dedicated and driven to improve their skills in the field of body panel rework, finishing and removing damages.
Within this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of our paint manufacturing facility to ensure we meet the high standards of quality. You’ll have the chance to learn all aspects of body construction processes through from rework to finishing.

The Key Requirements...
Achieved 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) to include a Level 4 or in above in Maths, English, Engineering, or relevant qualification.
You’ll have hobbies and interests which reflect your practical and logical approach.
You'll possess a positive attitude and a high willingness to learn.

What you’ll gain…
Enrol onto body repair qualification
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.00am – 5.00pm and Fri 8.00am – 1.00pm
Full-time onsite at St Athans, South Wales
Continued development and 1-2-1 training programmes
Commit to a 4-year varied programme which may include Body Panel rework and panel finishing
