Internship Opportunity at Impressions Kids Club – Where Fun Meets Learning! Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences for children? Do you have a flair for creativity and love working in a dynamic and exciting environment? If so, we are looking for enthusiastic interns to join our team and be a part of an enriching journey!

Position: Kids Club Creative and Operation Intern

Overview: As a Kids Club Intern, you will be immersed in a multifaceted role that includes teaching, customer service, administration, and more. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a diverse range of responsibilities, making it an ideal learning ground for individuals interested in child development, event management, and education.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching: Assist in delivering exciting and educational classes for children in various age groups.
2. Customer Service: Interact with parents and guardians, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the club.
3. Administration: Support the day-to-day operations, including managing registrations, and handling inquiries.
4. Event Coordination: Contribute to the planning and execution of weekend parties, creating magical moments for our young guests.
5. Offsite Classes: Attend offsite classes at locations such as international schools, broadening your exposure to different educational environments.

Qualifications:

• Passion for working with children and creating a positive learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both children and parents.
• Ability to handle various responsibilities, from teaching to administrative tasks.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to attend offsite classes at other locations on specified days.
• Ability to commit at least 1 weekend every week.

Arrange and schedule in all assigned on-stage performances of the company

Attend and arrange for rehearsals and work with other performer

Work with performers to fine-tune performance

Keep and update weekly routine performances

Assist the performer in selection for optimal performance standards

In charge of the admin of the performer including reporting to the management

Need to manage the staff and assist the management in handling all the issues of the performers

Attend monthly meetings pertaining to stage performance matters

Requirements

Ability to communicate well with staff/ performer from East Asia

3 to 4 years’ experience as Performing Artiste Manager or related manager

Able to communicate well with the performers

Has experience as Performer is a plus

Knowledge of Mandarin Pop or Jpop Kpop is advantageous

Strong stage experience
