• Expertise in User Journey preparations, User Story reviews, Data Modeling, Apex Design Patterns, LWC, Salesforce integration patterns (REST, SOAP, Bulk APIs) and other modern UI techniques.

• Manage business stakeholder’s expectations and collaborate with them to negotiate solutions to complex problems.

• Build out sophisticated business processes using native Salesforce technology and the toolkit of the Force.com platform and integration tools.

• Highlight and manage risk areas in the solution in a proactive manner, and commit to seeing an issue through to completion.

• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations in Salesforce applications.

• Create and maintain architectural documentation, technical specifications, and solution design documents.
