We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Art Teacher to join a progressive creative school in Salford, on a full-time and permanent basis, from January 2025 or sooner! The successful candidate will teach a timetable of Art across the age and ability range of the academy, delivering agreed schemes of work in the Art Faculty.

Your role is to:
Raise and maintain standards across the faculty.
Raise the profile of the faculty within the academy.
Plan high quality lessons and lead the delivery of consistently good and outstanding teaching and learning opportunities.
Carry out the day-to-day duties of a classroom teacher.

to manage the design process for all the college's marketing publications, strategic campaigns, promotional materials and the website, as well as being the Brand Guardian of the College. The post holder will work with the Marketing Team to raise the profile of the college among all internal and external audiences through highly creative and innovative design concepts while ensuring quality standards are implemented in line with the college's corporate identity.

We are recruiting Support Workers to support tenants with learning disabilities or autism to enjoy an excellent quality of life in a range of supported living services in the Ashton-under-Lyne and Stalybridge areas.




You will work in collaboration with the service user, their family and wider support network to maximise their health and wellbeing and to promote their independence and community connections. Our supported living services enable people to lead fulfilling and valued lives, maintain their tenancies, participate in their local community, develop independent living skills and achieve their desired outcomes. As well as providing direct care and support, you will have the opportunity to act as a Key Worker supporting people to achieve their dreams and goals.




We value relevant experience of supporting people with a learning disability or autism. However, you do not need to have prior experience if you can demonstrate a ‘can-do approach’, person-centred values, energy and commitment. You will need good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to develop good quality support plans. You will have a strong work ethic and duty of care and be able to contribute to a positive, team approach.




The services are currently offering full time contracts of 37.5 hours per week or part-time contracts, subject to a minimum of 15 hours per week, to be worked on a flexible rota. The ability to lone work, using your own initiative is essential for this role.

We have the opportunity for two roles working with people with care and support needs. The role is a Senior Support Worker, supporting service users who have enduring mental health diagnoses. The service is based in the Stalybridge area and provides a service for 17 adults of all genders. You will be based within a supported accommodation and work alongside the management team to ensure a high quality of service for the people we support. You will also work alongside the wider Tameside Mental Health senior team which might include occasional work at other nearby services.

You will have a level of responsibility to manage rotas and staffing needs as they may arise. You will work with the Team Leader and Support Workers to ensure individual support is delivered as outlined in personal plans. You will provide direct supervision and observation to support staff in role as a senior support worker. You will have planned supervisions with your own line manager as well as access to training required to carry out and enhance your skills and knowledge. You will have allocated audit responsibility for areas such as but not exhaustive to, Health and Safety, incident reporting, safeguarding, service user outcomes.

You will work directly alongside individuals with trauma informed, recovery-focused approaches and values, enabling people to enjoy a fulfilling and valued lives, to participate in the community and to develop their abilities. You will contribute to the development of tenancy related housing skills and positive tenancy management.
