Key Responsibilities:
• Brand Identity Development & Optimization
Lead efforts to elevate the company’s brand presence across the Southeast Asia region, ensuring cohesive and effective exposure through well-planned marketing strategies.
• Market Analysis & Growth Planning
Conduct thorough market research and industry analysis to evaluate market dynamics, forecast trends, and identify strategic opportunities for expanding market share.
• Business Development & Opportunity Identification
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities by building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients. Drive revenue growth by securing key contracts and expanding business avenues.
• Client Database & Relationship Management
Maintain and update a comprehensive database of prospective clients and partners in targeted markets, fostering long-term, sustainable business relationships.
• Effective Communication & Engagement
Create engaging and cohesive content for both written and verbal communication channels. Present compelling proposals and presentations that clearly showcase the company’s value.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
Cultivate and maintain strong connections with stakeholders such as design firms, quantity surveyors, landlords, and trade associations, ensuring aligned goals and productive partnerships.
• Tender Support & Bid Process Involvement
Offer strategic support in reviewing and preparing tender documents. Lead and participate in bid interviews, showcasing the company’s strengths and the value of proposed projects.
Skills & Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally with expertise in sales for retail fit-out or commercial interior design sectors.
- Proven ability to manage complex B2B sales cycles with multinational clients.
- Knowledge of interior design is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with a resourceful approach to securing new clients and projects.
