Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Architects to join our team! In this role you will get to performs a wide variety of conventional and moderately-complex architectural assignments by applying architectural design standards, practices, and techniques

What You'll Be Doing

• Performs a variety of assignments such as conducting architectural studies, developing design concepts and design criteria, and preparing related reports.

• Perform CAD drawings, BIM models, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by Architectural Designers. Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.

• Writes construction specifications and prepares detailed requisitions for equipment and materials. Interfaces with suppliers as required.

• Coordinates work with engineering and construction units at project site. Reviews, approves, and issues detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others.

• Provides the seal and signature of a professional architect when required by statute or contract.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university is required

• 3+ years of Related Experience,

• Professional registration is required at this level.

• Proficiency in 3DMAX , VRAY, BIM modeling and other PC software packages typically associated with architectural design is also required, as well as demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong presentation skills

• Rhino and Grasshopper desirable

Job Description:

We are hiring an Electrical Engineer to carry out tasks related to the electrical engineering design and design review tasks for all types of projects from conceptual design stage all the way to the tender stage.

In this role,  you will generate and review the electrical engineering design deliverables such as lighting, lighting control, power, grounding, lightning protection, fire alarm, Public address, Access control, CCTV, Data & telephone systems, etc for code compliance, interdisciplinary integration and constructability aspects.

Additionally, you will be responsible to interact and coordinate projects with design, construction, planning, real estate, and other related discipline leads.  You will be asked to review electrical engineering drawings and documents, project specifications, participate in project cost estimates, as well as to carry out estimations of engineering efforts in terms of hours and time for the project proposals Parsons is bidding for.  You may also attend engineering discussions in both design projects related aspects as well as construction meetings for running projects on site.

Revit modelling knowledge would be a great plus. If not, you will be obligated to learn how to do Revit modelling where you will be later requested to do Revit modelling in tasks that will be assigned to you. You will need to know Navis works for the coordination and clash detection purposes.

Qualifications:

• 3+  years of related electrical engineering oversight experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution

• Experience in the field of design and design review of the electrical systems for the different types of buildings such as residential, commercial, industrial, and healthcare facilities with reference to required codes compliances.

• Knowledge of construction works / inspections is also required along with carrying out site visits when needed for data collection and the preparation of site validation reports.

• Good BIM knowledge including Revit and Navisworks.
