• Receives children, youth, parents, and other visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Answers telephones, ascertains nature of call, and directs caller to appropriate staff.
• Ensures parents, children, youth, and visitors properly sign into the program prior to passing the reception area of the facility. Monitors children’s departure to ensure only authorized individuals remove them from the building.
• Registers/terminates children/youth within the CYS program and/or waiting list database. Utilizes the Child and Youth Management System (CYMS) to record transactions for customers and to enter data into predefined categories for reports and tracking.
• Provides administrative support including mail preparation, copying, distribution, correspondence, memorandums, briefings, Daily Activity Reports, and other requirements for day-to-day operations.
• Articulates policies relating to patron fees, waiting lists, enrollments, terminations, and program events. Coordinates vacancies and reservations for the hourly care program as required.

• Serves as the primary administrative point of contact and administrative services advisor for Aztec Ruins National Monument and Chaco Culture National Historical Park.
• Works with park managers to program, track, analyze, and manage budgets and expenditures of financial account.
• Performs a variety of administrative procedures, including payroll timekeeping, travel administration, procurement, purchasing, property management, record keeping, note taking, and document processing.

Physical Demands: The work is mostly sedentary.

Work Environment: The work is generally performed in an office setting.

Area Information:
Aztec Ruins National Monument is located in the San Juan Basin along the Animas River in northwest New Mexico, in Aztec, New Mexico. The town of Aztec has a population about 8,500. Weather is generally temperate, although extreme temperatures do occur at times. Housing is plentiful with prices for buying or renting being reasonable for the area. No Government quarters are available. Retail service, professional and medical services, churches, hospitals, and educational facilities are available, including a multitude of recreational facilities. The cities of Durango, CO and Farmington, NM are nearby providing various other services. Year-round recreational opportunities abound within a short commuting distance.

The nearest grocery store is located at Crownpoint - 39 miles south. Schools, shopping, doctors, hospital, etc. are located in the towns of Bloomfield, Farmington, and Aztec. Closest elementary and high schools are 65 miles one way in Bloomfield. Roads from the south are all dirt for 19 miles. Precipitation for the area is minimal. Rain and snow are not common; and either can make the roads impassable. Aztec Ruins NM is located in the small town of Aztec, in San Juan County, New Mexico population about 8,500. • Evaluate incoming mail correspondence against the corresponding routing symbol associated with the name and service location of the addressee.
• Prepare outgoing mail i.e. domestic and/or international destinations, ensuring adherence to processing requirements as set forth by the United States Postal Service and other small parcel carriers as established in Federal, State and/or Local Codes.
• Receive all facility mail from external sources i.e. USPS, UPS and FedEx as required.
• Provide customer service throughout the facility to both internal and external customers.

As part of the PS CO facing team, is accountable to collaborate with PS Market Category Leads and their teams to deliver against PS market attainment, cost and inventory goals and drive the proper order prioritization within a given market; along with adequate linkage to the Customer Operations for PS execution related questions.

 Education and Experience Required:
