Project Admin

Job Responsibilities
· Handle project documents and purchasing materials
· Arrange meetings, prepare minutes and agenda
· Track expenses and costs
· Administrative support to project team
· Monitor project progress and address potential issues
· Prepare necessary admin and paper works
· Report to management team on project status
· Ad-hoc duties
Requirements
· At least 2 years' experience in project management (General Contractor field)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· General reading and writing in English and Chinese (in order to liaise with the English and Chinese speaking associates)
