Responsibilities
· Assist in maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts
· Update internal databases with new hire information
· Assist in updating of the Employee Handbook and HR Policy,
· Support all recruitment activities, like publish and remove job ads
· Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
· Assist HR Manager in MOM work pass administration
· Assist in onboarding and exit clearance of employees
· Assist HR Manager in Leave Management
· Prepare weekly or monthly HR reports
· Handles claims including employees’ and directors’ reimbursement
· Assist CEO in travelling bookings and expense claims
· Administering training internally and externally when require
· Provide administrative support to ensure smooth running of office and its resources
· Filing, scanning and printing of bulletins for office and other company facilities
· Working closely with the managers to implement policies to attract, retain and motivate employee
· Other Ad-hoc duties if assigned.
Requirements
· Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Business Management
· Recent university or polytechnic graduates in relevant fields without work experience but with good attitude and academic records are welcome to apply.
· Or 2 years of experience preferably from service / hospitality / healthcare / retail industry.
· Experience working in fast-growing SMEs will be an advantage
· Good in planning and organising work flow, with strong in numeracy, analytical and good interpersonal and communication skills
· Enjoy working in fast-paced and dynamic environment
· A multi-tasker and learner with self-motivation and integrity
· Strong proficiency in Excel and proficient in Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint and IT systems
