TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES

·      Participate in setting up dashboards and reports, both in CRM (ZOHO) and beyond, to track sales operations and cross-functional efficiencies, and identify areas for improvement.
·      Participate in the production and review of accurate and actionable sales reports for sales reps, GEO sales leaders and the executive team.
·      Support for the Sales Events/exhibitions
·      Support for Sales Operations of the sales team, including managing quote, invoice, cash collection, and expense.
·      Partner with Global Sales and Finance to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data.
·      Support teams for administrative tasks, such as:
o  Control office supplies (stationaries, beverages, marketing materials, etc…)
o  Liaise with the selected service providers for office cleaning, decoration and maintenance
o  Raise Purchase Requisitions for Goods & Services relative to General Affairs & Administration, follow-up on their delivery, prepare payment requests
o  Maintain Company registration documents and certificates up to date
o  Handle incoming and outgoing mails, couriers, magazines, newspapers
o  Assist employees with their travel arrangements in liaison with the selected service providers, such as, visa and insurance (Basically, employee book air ticket by themselves)

PROFILE REQUIRED
Professional Background
·      3+ years of experience in a sales role
·      Experience in Automotive industry is plus

·      Understanding of finance processes and commercial risk
·      The ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the Global Sales Leadership and support appropriate processes to facilitate achievement of business objectives
·      Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes
·      A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure
·      An ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner
·      Excel skills
·      Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
·      Professional English and Japanese communication skills

·      Must know the company licenses, and certifications and adhere as per the company laws
