Hours: 0900 - 1715 , 37 hours per week

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing general administrative support across two teams.
• Support the District Lead Team in administration of the casework of county council Members, MP's, District and Parish Councillors.
• Assist the Complaints Officer to deal with Highways Complaints received into the team following the guidelines of the formal complaints process.
• Accurately record requests and information received via email and phone.
• Data processing. - Setting up of new cases and project demands.
• Providing support for meetings including arranging dates, room bookings, preparation of agendas and note taking.
• Responding to and resolving where appropriate enquiries generated by the Services.

Experience and Skills:

• Experience of working within an administration setting and possess good IT skills
• Able to clearly communicate the information you need and listen to individual requirements is key.
• Be flexible and have good organisational skills
