About the role:
As a Call Center operator, you will provide technical support and telephone service to clients of Acquirer services.
Be a part of a team where you will:
- Monitor the telephone for clients of acquirer services
- Provide online technical support for product buyers
- Online management and support of various Acquirer service procedures.
About you:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Typically no relevant experience required
- Management of administrative and technical support calls.
- Basic level of Excel
- Basic knowledge of Call Center operational metrics.
- A High School diploma or higher
- Work well under pressure
