Your new role
As Account Semi-Senior, you will be responsible for account preparation for a range of SME clients. You will be required to take part in audits for local clients. You will also have bookkeeping duties and will use software such as Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero. You will be a part of an experienced team of supportive staff and will have the opportunity to have a hands on approach to professional development.


What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience working in practice and will have some experience working in audits. This candidate will ideally be studying towards an accountancy qualification and be AAT or ACCA Part Qualified. You will need a polite and professional manner and be willing to engage with clients and have the ability to develop relationships. You will need to be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a good work ethic and willingness to learn.

Your new role

You will prepare VAT returns and will use accounts software including Xero, Dext and Sage. You will be able to take part in all aspects of accountancy that you wish to learn and this firm has a flexible approach to roles and responsibilities.


What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience handling accounts for a wide range of clients in a practice environment. You will also need strong IT and technical skills with experience in accounts software. This candidate will need to be part ACA/ACCA qualified. Your new role
As Audit Senior, you will take part in a range of onsite audits throughout the North West and Staffordshire areas. You will be involved in the full audit cycle from planning through to presentation of reports and you will play a key role in leading engagement for the team and wider firm. You will support the Audit Manager and Audit Partner to plan and execute audits for a diverse and growing client base and you will lead be required to deliver an efficient audit service. You will work closely with an experience team of staff and will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working within an audit team in a general practice. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of an effective team and have a strong sense of accountability. Ideally you will be currently studying towards an ACA/ACCA qualification. Excellent organisational and time management skills will make you an excellent candidate for this role. You will need to be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment and have a proactive attitude.

The Role
As a Graduate Accounting Intern, you will work in London office for a 12-month period, representing our esteemed client. This dynamic role includes responsibilities such as detailed cost analysis, invoice generation, ledger balance checking, and project support on efficiency. Here's what you'll be doing:

- Perform detailed analysis for control of deal costs and recharge to appropriate third parties.
- Raise disbursement invoices.
- Process employee travel and entertainment expenditure reports.
- Assist with ledger balances and other monthly and yearly accounts.
- Support Management Reporting function.
- Contribute to improvement projects.

Here are the skills you'll need:
