Job title: Tutor in Business, up to 1.0 FTE (37.5 hours per week/ pro rata)
Salary: £38,500 to £42,250 pro rata (plus access to bonus scheme)
We are recruiting to the role of Tutor (Continuing Education) in Business to join our new group organisation, Roehampton Education Services Ltd to deliver the School’s provision of pre degree, technical and vocational education on behalf of the University of Roehampton. This is an exciting time to join Roehampton Education Services Ltd, as we develop and grow vocational education.
Applications are invited for part-time Tutor positions 0.5FTE (18.5 hours per week) and above, up to full-time (37.5 hours per week) in Business.
The Role
This role is ideal for someone who has experience of delivering quality learning, teaching and assessment, module management, and strong student experience/ outcomes in a further and/or higher vocational educational setting.
Key responsibilities will include delivering exceptional learning and teaching for Business modules and/or courses, to ensure high quality student experience, outcomes and assessment management on the relevant Business Foundation, Higher Technical Education and/or CPD/ Short Courses.

You will be responsible for teaching across Business (applicable to your skills and expertise) and will oversee designated module/ course delivery, developing relevant module learning materials, leading assessment and ensuring appropriate teaching support for students from a variety of backgrounds.
You will work collaboratively with contributing teaching teams, the dedicated Curriculum Manager and Head of Continuing Education. You will have a proven track record in pre-degree, technical and vocational education learning and teaching, and experience of supporting the needs of diverse student groups to achieve strong outcomes. You will be teaching-led with a student-focused approach to lifelong learning and industry preparation.
