The job role

This role is full time permanent position within the Finance Department.

The incumbent will support the day-to-day accounting functions in the Finance Department. Main responsibilities will be to manage full set of accounts and preparation of financial and management reporting.

Key duties:

*Production of month end management accounts including P&L,balance sheet and cash flow forecasting.

*Management of accruals,prepayments,depreciation and petty cash month journals.

We are seeking a highly motivated Cybersecurity Analyst to join our dynamic and fast-growing organization. Tune Protect is a regional insurance company with infrastructure on cloud as well as on premise. From a cybersecurity perspective, we monitor our infrastructure via a SOC and also with solutions ranging from network firewalls to SOC to EDR, DLP and PAM.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to manage the security infrastructure at Tune Protect. This includes working with the SOC and infrastructure team to analyse and remediate security tickets, EDR operations (for example scanning and ensuring endpoints are clean of vulnerabilities), Email Security on MS365, DLP (for example blacklisting/whitelisting websites etc) and PAM (for example work with infrastructure team to ensure all critical user ids are covered).
• Be hands on and able to utilise/configure our existing security software such as Trend Micro EDR, Forcepoint DLP, Tycothic PAM, Microsoft 365 email security. Familiarity or experience in using and/or configuring other endpoint protection software, data leak prevention software, priviledged access management software and/or firewalls a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding and experience in firewall configuration (Fortigate and Palo Alto) a strong advantage

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

1. Treasury Function Setup:
• Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and control for Teleport group and its subsidiaries.
• Establish banking relationships and negotiate banking agreements.
• Select and implement treasury management systems or tools.
2. Cash Management and Forecasting:
• Oversee daily cash management and ensure optimal liquidity.
• Prepare and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Optimize working capital and identify opportunities for improvement. 
3. Risk Management:
• Identify and manage financial risks, including currency and interest rate exposures.
• Implement appropriate hedging strategies as needed.
4. Investment and Debt Management:
• Develop and manage short-term investment strategies.
• Monitor and manage corporate debt, ensuring compliance with covenants.
• Evaluate and recommend financing options to support business growth.
5. Collaboration and Reporting:
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and other departments to align treasury activities with company objectives.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, providing insights into liquidity, risk, and financial performance.
6. Compliance and Governance:
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in treasury management.

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• 5-7+ years of treasury or related finance experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of building or managing treasury functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

The Clinical Quality Specialist is a role designed for an experienced clinical psychologist or counsellor to lead clinical governance initiatives through the development, implementation, and auditing of clinical SOPs. This role ensures that key workflows, such as triage, risk assessments, user matching, and escalations, are evidence-based, standardised, and continuously improved. • Service Development

• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in clinical governance, SOP management, or auditing.

• Proficiency in tools like Notion and Jira for documentation and project management.

Summary:

This role will be actively involved in strategy building, reporting, project controlling as well as treasury/cash planning.
