1. Responsible for the day-to day operations within the property maintenance department ensuring plant and equipment operate with the least amount of down time.

• Prepares and/or updates specifications for piece parts of integrated circuits or semiconductor assemblies.
• Plans and conducts experiments to fully characterize material and processes throughout pathfinding to development to ramp.
• Develops solutions to improve quality, reliability, cost, yield, process stability/capability, productivity, and safety utilizing formal education, experience, statistical knowledge, and problem-solving tools.
• Establishes process control systems.
• Transfers process to high volume manufacturing and provide support in new factory start-up.
• Acts as a liaison with suppliers/vendors.
• Maintains product quality while developing and introducing package cost reduction programs.
• Coordinates the introduction of new package processes into production.
• Using appropriate tools, performs integrity analysis of packages.

• SMT material and process development
• SMT AI/ML integration development
• SMT technology (material/process/metrology/equipment) pathfinding & roadmap
• Stencil design/development for new components
• DFM assessment and NUDD risk management
• Process-Material-Component-board-drive interactions
• DOE & Mechanical and Material Lab Tools & Failure Analysis knowledge
• Quality Tools: FMEA, 8D, DMAIC, IPC knowledge etc.
• Statistical Tools: Statistical analysis (JMP/Minitab), GreenBelt/BlackBelt certification
• Special engineering characterization & improvement projects
• Factory emergency taskforce support

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible to supervise Production lines
• Provide clear, regular communication of production priorities, challenges, and status across the shift to meet production schedules, goals and objectives
• Directly manage Operators team, routinely provide guidance on career development in your team and regularly conducting performance management. engagement activities and monitor attendance
• Responsible for labor planning and allocation between processes, 6S, line cleanliness, tardiness and training
• Collaborate with Engineering/Supporting Team to solve day to day excursion, implement line process changes or new implementations for improvements
• Periodically audit production adherence to visual aids and standard instructions

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• To plan, schedule, monitor and follow up closely on production performance and expedite the work order to ensure shipments to customer are meet 
• Interface with Production Planning Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineer and other required personnel to achieve the output goal and shipment requirement 
• To communicate and coordinate especially with Production team regularly to ensure smooth loading plan  
• To prepare reports in timely manner 
• Required to working shift and will be station in Production Office 
• Any other tasks related to planning that assigned by superior from time to time 

Responsible and capable in troubleshooting and repairing automation equipment (ARV, ARS and MMS) and ensuring this equipment are in good condition to support production capacity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for improving and sustaining the automation equipment capability and meet the KPI (Availability, OEE, MTBA and MTBF)
• Performing and line troubleshooting and supporting daily production operation.
• Analyze equipment failure root causes and propose corrective actions.
• Ability to identify root cause and provide corrective action through use of Effective problem solving tools.
• Perform regular inspections to identify equipment root cause.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance and calibration the equipment to optimal condition.
• Maintain equipment maintenance documentation and checklist.
• Propose improvements to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
• Support equipment setup and relocation
• Assist Engineer in continuous Equipment improvement projects and Automation projects
• Demonstrate a high degree of initiative, motivation, and willingness to work proactively either independently or within the team. 
• To meet MTBA, UPH and down time
• To sustain and maintain 6S and PM activities  
• Quality issue investigation & CA monitoring 
• Ensure and manage all the automation components good condition to support production.
