[Immediate Accounting position at Bandar Bukit Jalil]

• Position Title: Assistant Accountant/Senior Accounts Executive.
• Salary: RM 4000-5000.
• Location: Bandar Bukit Jalil, WP Kuala Lumpur.

This company,a subsidiary of a public listed company, is a forward looking organization specializing in business travel support services. They have been in the business of providing quality chauffeured limousine services and hire-and drive car rental for over two decades in Malaysia. Currently they are looking for accounting qualified candidates to become part of the Finance team to manage the full functions of accounting and finance of the organization at Bandar Bukit Jalil in the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur. 

The job role

This role is full time permanent position within the Finance Department.

The incumbent will support the day-to-day accounting functions in the Finance Department. Main responsibilities will be to manage full set of accounts and preparation of financial and management reporting.

Key duties:

*Production of month end management accounts including P&L,balance sheet and cash flow forecasting.

*Management of accruals,prepayments,depreciation and petty cash month journals.

*Reconciliation of monthly key ledger balance sheet and profit and loss accounts.

*Maintain accounting records and database.

Candidate Profile and attributes

We are looking for female candidate who would have a professional qualification ACCA or CIMA or finalist. Candidates with strong bachelor degree in Accounting will be duly considered.

To be considered for this role, candidates must be proficient in spoken and written English plus conversant in BM and Mandarin.

We will consider candidates who are residing within 25 KM radius within the vicinity of Bukit Jalil which include places like Kinrara Puchong, Old Klang Road, Sri Petaling, Cheras, Seri Kembangan and Kajang.

You will play an important role to:

• Coordinate, direct and control the work of the sales personnel and ensure the achievement of sales targets and objectives.

• Ensure good knowledge of the market and monitor competitors' activities and provide any marketing data for management's information.

Job Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and effectively maintain all Konica Minolta products in the field at optimum operational level at all times.
• Ensure the proper service, maintenance and repair of all Konica Minolta products in the designated areas and such service to be carried out promptly, efficiently and courteously.
• Be ready to assist other area / branch when needs arise.
• Ensure all service jobs are properly recorded in Service Reports with all relevant information as requested and such reports must be submitted to Superior same day of service or latest next morning.
• Ensure all parts required are properly recorded in Spare Parts Requisition Form and to sign for receipt of all such parts at all times. Unused parts/spoilt parts must be returned to Spare Parts Division same day or latest next morning.
• To call the office upon arriving at customer's site and after completion of service calls and as directed to do so.
• Attend all Konica Minolta products' service training and any refresher course as may be considered necessary from time to time and/or as directed, and keep up-to-date all technical service bulletins, manuals, modification kits etc as given/taught from time to time.
• Ensure all Company information – spare parts price list, service manuals, technical service bulletins etc are kept confidential and not fall into unauthorized hands.
• Not to service, maintain or repair any competitor models unless instructed to do so by Superior, and not to reveal/discuss with any outsiders/customers any problems/information relating to Konica Minolta products except in the strict performance of your job functions.
• As and when directed, you may be assigned higher level of authority to meet operational requirement.
• Perform other related duties as and when directed by Superior.



Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Professional Certificates, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical),Engineering (Industrial),Engineering (Electrical / Electronic)
• Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
