• Provide general contract administration support including reviewing contract requests
• Support contract management processes, including using and managing internal contract management tools.
• Administration of legal documentation submission through the ticketing system.
• Manage end-to-end administrative contract management tasks by maintaining internal contract management tools.
• Perform post-contract execution administrative, management, and tracking tasks.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings for the team, including internal and external appointments.
• Prepare all required meeting documentation and assist in documenting meeting minutes.
• Manage all aspects of travel itineraries, planning, bookings/ reservations, and transportation.
• Prepare and manage budget submission processes utilizing internal system(s).
• Assist in all team claims submission and reconcile expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Liaising with external service providers on the execution of legal engagement letters, billings administration, and other legal documentation.
• Manage all courier and administrative documentation (including filing – both physical and digital).
• Managing and maintaining audit-ready contract records and documents through internal tools and systems.  
• Carry out any searches (contract or regulatory) in internal or external databases.
• Work closely with contract managers and legal counsels across different legal functions.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time.
