BROAD FUNCTION

Responsible for managing front desk counter ensuring prompt response to all visiting suppliers, customers, and guests. You are required to strictly maintain confidentiality on staff matters and as well ensure the effective function of the department. To manage effectively, coordinate with maintenance team on Building maintenance, facilities, fixtures fittings and equipment’s preventive maintenance program.

I. BROAD FUNCTION

• Responsible in ensuring the quality and specifications are within the standards.

II. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES

1. Perform inspection upon receiving raw material and packaging

2. Responsible for inspecting the product contact zone prior to release the line for production

3. Responsible for lab equipment calibration and verification.

4. Perform lab analysis and online inspection, including CCP and OPRP monitoring and ensure product meets the specifications.

5. Responsible for releasing incoming material and finished goods

6. Responsible for monitoring temperature in the production area.

7. Perform verification for pre-weighted ingredients.

8. Responsible for holding product that does not meet food safety and quality requirement.

9. Conduct product shelf life study.

10. Involve in Pest control program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Additional education or experience may be preferred.
• Relevant licenses or certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) may be required or considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills, with proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Autocount) and e-invoicing systems.
• Experience in group and subsidiary accounting, including intercompany account reconciliation.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, mathematics, and financial processes.

Responsibility

• Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
• Preparing periodic financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Managing group accounts, including consolidation of subsidiary accounts and intercompany reconciliations.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for both group and subsidiary entities.
