Overall Accountability:
- To assist the Manager in the overall Human Resources functions including Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations and Payroll.
Overall Responsibilities:
- To assist in formulating and implementing all HR policies and procedures and ensure they are constantly in line with the company and market practices.
- To review and supervise the recruitment process.
- To review and supervise to ensure that disciplinary and IR issues comply with the statutory requirements and the company’s policies and procedures.
- To assist in any investigation work relating to staff discipline.
- To work closely with panel clinics/hospitals to ensure proper control processes on all medical-related benefits.
- Oversee maintenance of records and communication of information required by law local governing bodies or other departments in the group
- To highlight any irregularities in the system and recommend to the Manager, HR.
- To assist in formulating the Employee handbook.
- To prepare yearly department budget.
- Provides training to lower-level staff members of the Human Resources department to ensure that they understand all current policies and procedures associated with the various benefit programs.
Payroll:
- Able to handle a minimum 300+ headcount.
- To ensure the monthly payroll is processed on time and with accuracy.
- Ensure the payroll administration complies with the statutory regulations on salary and remuneration and the company’s policies and procedures.
- To check the processed monthly payroll before submitting it to the Manager, HR
- To ensure the system of appraisals is carried out and to process the yearly performance review.
Requirements:
- FIVE (5) years of working experience in a similar position/in the HR field.
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Human Resource Management or equivalent.
