JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Establish & build relationships/connections with banks & credit unions to secure best loan facilities and smooth approval process.
• Lead and manage the accounting team, including overseeing day-to-day operations and providing mentorship and training.
• Assign and review work to ensure quality and efficiency within the team.
• Manage and oversee the company’s tax compliance, CAPEX and OPEX, including the preparation of corporate tax returns and ensuring adherence to Malaysian tax laws.

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Civil Infrastructure Design Manager to lead our design team within a dynamic consultancy environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the design and management of civil infrastructure projects, particularly in sectors such as Highways, Water, Sewage, Telecoms, and Bridges. This role demands a professional who is adept at overseeing complex design processes, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design Leadership in Civil Infrastructure:

• Lead the design process for civil infrastructure projects, focusing on Highways, Water, Sewage, Telecoms, and Bridges.

• Develop design strategies and plans that align with project objectives and client needs.

• Guide the design team through complex technical challenges, ensuring innovative and practical solutions.

Multidisciplinary Team Coordination:

• Manage and inspire multidisciplinary design teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

• Ensure seamless integration of various engineering disciplines in the design process.

• Coordinate with other department heads to allocate resources effectively and meet project demands.

• Coordinate with various EC offices for Multidisciplinary and/or Multicentre projects

Design Process Management

• Oversee the design stages from concept to final delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.

• Monitor the progress of design work, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.

• Conduct regular review meetings to assess design progress and make necessary adjustments.

Quality Assurance and Standards Compliance:

• Implement and maintain high standards of design quality, ensuring compliance with AECOM’s quality principles, industry regulations and client specifications.

• Regularly review and assess design outputs for technical accuracy and innovation.

Stakeholder Engagement and Support:

• Act as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders regarding design matters.

• Provide expert advice and support to project teams, enhancing design outcomes and efficiency.

Budget and Resource Optimization:

• Manage design budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and identifying opportunities for savings.

• Optimize the allocation of design resources to maximize efficiency and project success.

• Change management – Proactive in initiating, recording, assessing in terms of design impact/ budget/schedule.

Risk Management and Mitigation:

• Identify potential risks in the design phase and develop effective mitigation strategies.

• Address and resolve design-related issues proactively to prevent project delays or cost overruns.

Design Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate design documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Prepare and present regular design reports to internal teams and stakeholders for informed decision-making.

• Adapt to the AECOM Project Delivery Procedures and standards.

We are seeking a superstar Product Manager who will be driving the growth of PRISM+ Malaysia by managing and enhancing our products line up. Being a high growth electronics company, we are looking for a candidate who will be a passionate strong self-starter to manage PRISM+ Australia product needs.

This experienced and entrepreneur individual will help us oversee and lead the product category for Ceiling Fan and Air Purifier. This driven person will also need to generate data-driven commercial insights and product analysis to feedback to factory. The candidate will be considered a key member of PRISM+ overseas expansion team and will report to Malaysia Marketing Lead and Country Director of Malaysia.

Responsibilities of a Product Manager (Malaysia) but are not limited to:

• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy by taking into consideration of the global view such as opportunities and target customers, initial development of the positioning, value proposition, pricing framework as well as initial capacity plans)
• Lead and drive product development, conduct consumer and market research, define product requirements, lead and drive product launches, develop and maintain user manuals, and manager product roadmap and timelines
• Identify and prioritize new product opportunities for the product category, based on market trends, customer needs and competitive analysis
• Work with marketing to monitor and drive product success
• Drive innovation within product areas with industry trends and best practices
• Ensure senior management are up to date with reports and communications on the progress of the product category

• Understanding Ceiling Fans and Air Purifier products (>3 years of experience)
• Proficient in Google Adwords, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (>1 year of experience)
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or any relevant course of studies
• At least 3-4 years' experience in Product Management- preferred to be in brand level
