主要職責：

1. 管理全套帳戶，包括銀行往來調節表、日記帳分錄、維護固定資產，確保及時、準確的財務報告

Job Responsibilities:-

• Forecasts goals and objectives for sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
• Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all new-vehicle sales employees.
• Assists individual salespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives and provides them with the support to meet these goals.
• Maintains an accurate daily log that reflects all sales activities in the dealership.
• Ensures proper follow-up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system.
• Develops, implements and monitors a follow-up system for new-vehicle purchasers.
• Maintains teamwork in a customer-focused sales environment throughout the sales, delivery and follow-up process.
• Conducts daily and weekly sales meetings.
• Provides effective communication throughout the new-vehicle department as well as interdepartmentally.
• Ensures that new-vehicle salespeople understand and follow dealership policies and procedures.
• Oversees the efforts of new-vehicle salespeople to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership.
• Works with salespeople on programs that will increase the new-car gross and F&I penetration.
• Helps salespeople close deals when necessary.
• Establishes and maintains standards for the delivery of vehicles to customers.
• Assists the used-vehicle department with trade appraisals as needed.

 Berkelulusan Ijazah Sarjana Muda Pentadbiran Awam / Pentadbiran Perniagaan /

Ekonomi dan kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya serta 3 tahun pengalaman.

 Mempunyai kemahiran analitikal yang tinggi, kemahiran komunikasi dan penyelesaian

masalah yang baik.

 Mempunyai pengalaman dalam bidang Sektor Koperasi, Pengurusan Strategik,

Perniagaan dan Kewangan adalah diutamakan.

Bidang Tugas

 Membina kerjasama dengan agensi kerajaan dan swasta serta melaksanakan aktiviti

penjanaan pendapatan.

 Mengemaskini daftar keanggotaan koperasi ANGKASA di peringkat negeri

berdasarkan status, sektor, dan aktiviti.

 Merancang, menyelaras, dan memastikan kelancaran proses Mesyuarat Agung

Negeri (MAN).

 Bertanggungjawab menjalankan Projek Perniagaan Negeri.

 Memantau dan melaporkan pencapaian KPI serta menyediakan laporan

perkembangan ANGKASA Negeri Pahang II (Tengah).

Job Scope:

1)Liaise & coordinate with architect and consultant for relevant submission and approval. 2)Prepare the trades' detailed construction schedule for the masterwork program. 3)Review various design drawings and identify discrepancies between M&E, civil and structural, architectural and interior design drawings.

4)Manage the sub-contractor's work progress, meetings, drawings, materials, samples method statements, shop drawsings submission and approval all by the construction plan, specification, procedure and required quality, time, and cost.

5)Work closely with the project manager to coordinate and supervise the project site for all works 6) Prepare the progress reports and general correspondence about the site works. 7)Ensure all site works comply with regulatory requirements.

8) Preparation and compilation for closing the project such as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, test reports and others.

9)Ensure that all works executed are by drawings, specifications. construction plans and procedures. 10) Execute inspections and utilize quality control mechanisms to check & monitor the project's quality to ensure achieving the quality requirements i.e: CLASSIC, CBI etc.

Responsibility/Requirement:

1)Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering/Building Construction/Architecture technical or equivalent.

2)Candidate experience in high-rise buildings and civil and infrastructure projects. 3)Good oral and written proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu. Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage

4) At least 3 years of working experiences in the related field is required for this position. 5)Computer literate in industry-related software such as MS Project/Word/Excel/PowerPoint & AutoCAD.

6)Willing to work long hours and travel when needed. Willing to work on Sunday, Public Holiday if needed.
