Operation Executive

• Work closely with the Operations Manager to develop operational strategies and collaborate with other team members
• Propose short-term and long-term operational goals and assist in managing daily operations
• Manage expenses and budgets.
• Evaluate the performance of both internal and external operations including staff management
• Priority will be given to candidates who are proficient in Mandarin (both spoken and written) for communicating with suppliers in China.

• To assist at PKG Westport & Northport in handling Ocean shipments

Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing strategies to promote our full range of DG services, including training, operations, consultation, and transportation.
• Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers in industries such as logistics, transportation, and hazardous materials handling for all DG-related services.
• Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms (website, social media, email marketing) and traditional media channels to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, industry professionals, and decision-makers to ensure long-term business opportunities across all service areas.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the operations, consultation, and training teams to ensure marketing content accurately reflects our services, and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and service offerings.
•  Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitors’ offerings, using insights to adjust strategies and refine service delivery.
• Content Creation: Develop marketing materials, including case studies, brochures, blog posts, and social media content, to showcase the value of our DG services and highlight successful client stories.

Education

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, at least 3 years of experience in the marketing field
• Degree holders in Marketing or related fields are highly encouraged to apply

Training/Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to create compelling marketing materials and engage with clients.

Experience

Responsibilities

• Record, initiate enter the cargo or shipments to the system to ensure existing information for further processing
• Pack, prepare, classify, and hold the shipments according to destination and the routing to be handled by assigned staff
• Calculate, account, and provide information about the shipment statistics; weight, destination, quantity, type, charge… etc.
• Perform material handling, receive, and deliver to the desired routing, processing, recipient, or any other concerned party.
• Communicate, plan, monitor, and report on processed or held goods for manipulation, delivery to other parties, or status updates.
• Maintain a professional appearance when communicating with clients and customers, and respond to their enquiry with the quality of service they desire.

Support in the management of the contracted maintenance, cleaning, pest control, waste management, security, and landscaping service providers, through their site supervisors to ensure delivery of service according to the Service Level Agreement while effectively managing cost.

1. Supervise contractors / suppliers / vendors related to facilities management
2. Develop and maintain business relationship with contractors and vendors to facilitate ineffective and efficient mall operations.
3. Facilitate coordination for tenants’ fit out works.
4. Monitor procedures and records relating to the mall’s structure, mechanical and electrical maintenance.
5. Ensure all Health, Safety and Environmental statutory obligations and industry best practice procedures and systems are adhered to.

7. Assist in the emergency planning and business continuity plan, reviewing and updating as necessary to ensure optimum effectiveness.
8. Ensure that all accident and incident reporting, including insurance and statutory forms and procedures are correctly completed and adhered to.
9. Supporting the Manager in periodically reviewing the performance of contractors to ensure all standards are being met, reporting of any short comings and proposing further improvement measures.
