We are looking for an agile Associate, Senior Associate and Assistant Manager to join our fast growing team. This position offers room for exponential growth within the firm.

Role and responsibilities include as follows:

• Support team leader on clients projects
• Develop financial and operational analysis and processes
• Perform administrative tasks in a time sensitive manner
• Monitor various aspects of a business. Assist in the development of solutions and recommendations to clients and other stakeholders. 
• Identify clients' needs and develop future plans. Work with clients' team to execute the plan to achieve great financial financial results
• Report project status to internal and external customers.

Candidates should be should have a flair in numerals, report writing and presentation skills, a strong team player with high initiative and excellent interpersonal skills. Able to work independently.

Fresh graduates who are keen to have a career in the Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency industry with accounting, finance and legal academic background are encouraged to apply. Those with 3 or more years experience in related industry maybe considered for higher positions.

Responsibilities:

• • Provide support in all aspects of human resource and administrative functions
  • Staff recruitment - Liaise with recruitment agencies, online job portals and internal department heads on recruitment needs
  • Screen job applicants and arrange interview appointments with the hiring managers
  • Responsible for timely payroll processing and related reports for submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF, Socso, LHDN, etc.
  • Staff on-board procedure such as personal supporting documents, assign company email, access card, assign work station, brief of company policies, new staff orientation etc.
  • Monitor and process timely on staff confirmation, contract renewal, promotion, salary adjustment, appraisal etc.
  • Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
  • Update and maintain employee data/personal files (hard & soft copy) in system based on employee actual data and document.
  • Responsible in administrative matters.
  • Any ad-hoc assignment assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource/Business Administration or related field
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese both written and spoken
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Job purpose

The Administration Executive will provide comprehensive, quality administrative and support services within a department. You’ll need to ensure smooth and efficient running of the department in all administrative matters.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Provide administrative support and assistance to ensure smooth operations to all department.
2. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
3. Assist in the Product Department including sending samples for lab test and follow-up.
4. Manage office equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed - to ensure that all are in good condition or functioning well.
