Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cashless parking payment systems, ensuring smooth functionality and quick resolution of any issues.
• System Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor and troubleshoot payment platforms, ensuring system uptime, efficiency, and a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to both clients and users by addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical difficulties related to the cashless parking system.
• Business Analysis & Reporting: Analyze usage data, trends, and operational performance. Prepare reports on system performance, user feedback, and key metrics to improve service delivery.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes related to payment solutions and platform functionalities, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.
• Collaboration with Partners: Liaise with parking operators, technology providers, and other external partners to ensure the integration and smooth deployment of payment systems.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory standards and industry best practices for payment security and privacy.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in business operations, preferably in tech-driven solutions, mobile apps, or payment systems.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in IT systems, digital payment solutions, and mobile applications.
• Familiar with software troubleshooting and basic system maintenance.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting tools, and understanding system performance metrics.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze issues, develop solutions, and execute changes to improve system performance.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an advantage.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Desirable Skills:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Accept sales enquiry and check availability of machines
2. Responsible to issue quotations and follow-up with customers
3. Reserve machines for customers once PO received
4. Coordinate work schedule with technical team for the coming days
5. Update customer list for any usage extension or return of machines
6. Keep an organized file system for sales documents e.g. invoices and quotations
7. In-charge of sales collaterals to ensure stocks are sufficient and ready for sales team
8. Serves as a liaison and primary point of contact between company and customers
9. Performs other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Prefer 2 years working experience in similar industry or equivalent. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
2. Possess Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business / Secretarial courses or equivalent
3. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin and its various dialects would be an added advantage
4. Communicate effectively through oral and written documents
5. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint)
6. Must be customer focus and able to provide solution to customers
7. Possess the energy and personality to meet and communicate to a wide spectrum of personalities with ease.

Job purpose

The Administration Executive will provide comprehensive, quality administrative and support services within a department. You’ll need to ensure smooth and efficient running of the department in all administrative matters.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Provide administrative support and assistance to ensure smooth operations to all department.
2. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
3. Assist in the Product Department including sending samples for lab test and follow-up.
4. Manage office equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed - to ensure that all are in good condition or functioning well.
5. Perform all general administrative requirements (day-to-day documentation such as data entry, scanning, filing system). Monitor and maintain a good record system for all admin and confidential matters.
6. Assisting in organising company’s event.
7. To ensure all company business licenses are renewed accordingly.
8. To manage phone calls and entertain visitors.
9. To handle incoming and outgoing parcel and correspondence. Arrange courier services when necessary.
10. Handling in purchasing of office supplies and pantry items.
11. Assist in monitoring and supervising office cleaners.
12. Provide clerical support to superior.
13. Undertake other special assignments as and when required.

Requirements and skills

1. At least one (1) year working experience in contact center/customer support/ administration, related field.
2. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written. Mandarin is an added advantage.
3. Proficient in relevant computer applications like MS Office.
4. Basic bookkeeping and math skills would be an added advantage.
5. Willingness to learn and ability to meet deadlines.
