Job Description:

• Ensure company and department policies, procedures and processes are adhering to at all time. Prepare and present necessary status reports to the management.
• Provide 1st level assistance , including application related support, develop training material, training and program roll out and any other inter related IT projects.
• Support peers in the maintenance and support of the company’s IT systems, network and infrastructure.
• Responsible for application and business process improvement needs analysis, design and recommendations for application development and enhancement by vendor.
• Work closely with business users to understand and gather business requirements and facilitate process improvement, harmonization, change management and project management.
• Research and develop proposal (including cost, timeline and effort estimation) to address issues on productivity and efficiency based on continuous feedback and deeper understanding of company’s process and business directions and needs.
• Ensure update of documentation in relation to changes in application and/ or IT environment.
• Manage, keep track of application issues is handled, resolved and ensuring the resolution is given in a professional manner and in benefits of the company and the customer.
• Ensure speedy resolution of application issue, change request while maintaining high user satisfaction.
• Perform other relevant duties as and when directed by Superior

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management,Computer Science / Information Technology
• Have experience in ERP, SAP
• Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
• Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written
