To maximize kitchen furniture & accessories sales using knowledge of my range, local market and my
customers, as well as the IKEA tools and the experience and expertise of my colleagues. Support the
efficient work of the IKEA mechanical sales system to ensure the continued success of the IKEA

Your assignment

• Actively approach customers who you see require additional help. You identify their needs by asking the right questions and advise them on the best solutions for their homes in order to exceed their expectations.

We are looking for a highly motivated Associate, AP Service Delivery (Direct) to join our growing team in Finance based in our shared service centre in our Malaysia Office.

Responsibilities: 

• Perform day to day invoices processing, 3-way matching for all incoming invoices and related documentation
• Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of all incoming invoices and related documentation received
• Ensure that all data is accurately input during processing
• Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all processed invoices and all related documentation
• Address discrepancies, errors, or issues with processing, and communicate with stakeholders  to resolve problems promptly
• Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders and respond in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with various departments to obtain necessary approvals for non-standard invoices and all related documentation processing
• Adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and legal requirements in all accounts payable processes

What you will do:

• Reading, assessing, analyzing and interpreting client’s credit data, financial statements and other financial reports of companies.
• Completing financing applications forms and submitting / recommending applications for approval.

• Responsible for an annual revenue target to be executed / developed through new business in the year.  
• Work together with Vertical Leaders / Customer Success Teams and independently identifying and addressing client’s business issue or project brief, with the support from the technical teams proposing the right & relevant solution (i.e. type of consumer study, data collection approach, research design, timeline and investment). This includes developing & presenting the proposed solution to clients.  
• Take lead on proactive client engagement, identifying the right decision makers within the targeted companies and maintain a relationship with prospective clients with the aim to become a trusted advisor, thus gaining more business opportunities.  
• Maintain an accurate and up to date knowledge on research techniques and applications; eager to learn about value added analysis to properly answer client’s key research objectives.   
• Demonstrate willingness and ability to think about the client's business and take concrete steps towards building knowledge about a key industry vertical and also Consumer Insights Solution.

Advocacy and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Develop and implement advocacy strategies to promote 4IR technologies in food security and sustainability initiatives;
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, policymakers, industry partners, NGOs, and academic institutions;
• Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences and policy forums to advocate for sustainable and technology-driven agricultural practices.

Special Project:

• To support the administration, research, technology validation and marketing for 4IR Food Security & Sustainability;
• To support the development of strategic planning and partnerships of relevant projects

Project/Program Support and Implementation:

• Support and led in the planning, organizing, coordinating, and leading research projects and teams;
• Assist in the planning, execution and evaluation of project & programmes;
• Led communication efforts to raise awareness of key advocacy initiatives through social media;
• Support on presentation and speaking notes for representatives in advocacy activities;
• Track and report on the impact of advocacy efforts and make recommendations for continuous improvement;

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in either of the following fields: Business, Marketing, Management, International Relations, Agriculture or a related field;
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in advocacy, public policy or related role with focus on food security, sustainability or technology adoption;
• People-oriented, culture-adaptive, quick learner and thrives on the excitement of a goal-oriented team.
• Proven experience in engaging with government agencies, industry stakeholders and academia.

We are looking for a Senior B2B Marketing Associate to manage end-to-end inbound marketing, which involves ideating, executing, and measuring year-long organic and paid marketing campaigns. The goal of this role is to drive lead generation, education, and sales conversion through highly creative and data-backed strategies.

• Candidates with experience using HubSpot (or anything similar) and Google Analytics preferred
