Responsibilities:

1. Financial Performance & Efficiency
   • Cost Management: Maintain operating costs within the allocated budget.
   • Profit Margin: Improve or maintain net profit margins as prescribed by the Branch Manager.

5. Strategic Contributions
   • Budgeting Process: Assist the Branch Manager in leading the annual budgeting process, ensuring all departments submit their budgets on time. Prepare the consolidated company budget based on the finance forecast created by the Branch Manager, submitting it for approval by the deadline.
   • Support for Business Strategy: Provide financial insights that contribute to strategic decision-making, including evaluating new business opportunities or investments.
   • Cost-Benefit Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis for major capital expenditures or strategic initiatives.
   • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Maintain effective communication and provide financial support to other departments, measured through feedback or service level agreement (SLA) metrics.
   • Accuracy in Daily Payments: Process daily payments accurately in accordance with company regulations.
   • Record Keeping in Xero: Ensure all daily payments are recorded accurately in Xero.
