This position has responsibility for maintaining and improving conversion costs in manufacturing, directly impacting competitiveness and profitability in the business.

Job Responsibility:

• Responding to production crew needs, and developing and implementing process improvements for quality, waste and productivity improvement.
• Investigate and develops solutions using problem solving techniques.
• Train machine's operators on new equipment installations, modifications, and new operating procedures.
• Maintains standard operating conditions system which ensures consistent manufacturing equipment processing conditions.
• Initiates and documents procedures to safely increase machine productivity and reduce waste while maintaining product quality per customer expectations.
• Participate in color management and develop color management system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute a plan to build an effective and scalable HR team that caters to the company’s growing needs.
• Lead and manage the HR team, setting clear goals and KPIs for team performance.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding. 
• Involve in preparation of forecast manpower planning, budget & training.
• Responsible in HR aspects are in place for talent, training & development plan, succession in planning.
• Experience in recruiting foreign nationals will be an added advantage.
• Provide guidance and support to the HR team in handling workplace issues, employee grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Lead the performance appraisal process across all departments, ensuring the HR team facilitates timely and constructive feedback sessions.
• Regularly update company policies and ensure HR procedures are legally compliant and aligned with business goals.
• Ensure the HR team effectively manages compensation reviews, benefits administration, and payroll processes.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s overall business plan.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of HR Manager experience, preferably in the PLC.
• Strong experience in employee relations, recruitment, payroll, performance management, and HR operations.
• Proficient in English, Chinese, Malay
• In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labour laws & IR and HR best practices.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.

Overall Responsibilities to support TMM Flooring in executing TM strategies and functions as below:

• Identify key market segment for development in line with current market trend.

What a Business Development Leader does in Visa:

Reporting to the Head of Financial Institutions in Malaysia, this role will be entrusted with a key portfolio of responsibilities including relationship management and the advancement of sales disciplines.

• Relationship management for a group of assigned accounts and work on growing overall Client volumes across all products (Debit, Credit, Prepaid & Commercial)

• Develop and maintain relationship between VISA and the clients through deep client engagements across client organization and all relevant stakeholders

• Contribute to development, production and implementation of initiatives outlined in Country and Account Plans

• Gather ongoing intelligence, monitor and analyse competitor strategies as well as to lead strategic responses in ensuring Visa’s competitiveness

• Attend to all client queries and issues, and provide timely and efficient solutions

• Develop an understanding of client strengths and opportunities and partner them to maximize their business potential

• Expand the penetration of existing as well as emerging products within current and new accounts

• Provide periodical reports (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly) as agreed with Manager

• Contribute to the development of functional strategy

• Working closely with Marketing, Product, Consulting & Analytics, Commercial & Money Movement and other functions, you will be responsible for championing and leading the product and marketing development strategy of:

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
