What will your role be?
- To understand the application’s flow and acquire knowledge of the application and its associated modules, to serve as a consultant of the EMR Module(s)
- Leading a team of developers in customizing/enhancing the module according to business requirements agreed upon with users
- Become the primary contact point with customers regarding the EMR Module(s)
- Competent in presenting the EMR Module(s) through live or offline demos and conducting training sessions for end users during project implementation
- To be able to create new training materials or improve existing ones, such as PowerPoint presentations or training manuals for the EMR Module(s), for use in training sessions and by end users
- Capable of independently traveling to customer sites or with the team for Pre-Sales Activities, Business Requirement Study (BRS), Train-the-Trainer sessions, User Acceptance Test (UAT), and GoLive activities
What do you need to have to be successful in this role?
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Medical/Nursing or equivalent
- Looking for individuals with experience as Medical Doctor / Nurse / Allied Health in private or public local hospitals, who are interested in transitioning to a career change as a Clinical Application Specialist (EMR) / consultant role in a HealthTech company
- Excellent communication skills
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Required language(s): English(compulsory)
