About the Role:

• Responsible to oversee and manage relationships with technology vendors and ensure their effective contribution to the bank’s digital and technology operations and strategic objectives.
• The role includes monitoring vendor performance, tracking service levels, and resolving issues or conflicts that may arise.
• There are also needs to collaborate with internal teams to conduct vendor assessments, evaluate risks, and implement strategies for vendor optimization and cost reduction.

• Assess and manage vendor-related risks, including vendor performance risks, contractual risks, cybersecurity risks, and regulatory compliance risks. Establish risk management processes and mitigation strategies. Monitor vendor compliance with relevant regulations, data privacy, and security standards.
