CORE RESPONSIBILITY:

• Attend breakdowns, identify faults and problem solve, with minimal downtime to production.
• Work in a rotational shiftwork environment.
• Carry out the diagnosis of faults, maintenance, and repairs to all types of plant and equipment in a safe, timely, and professional manner and return equipment to operational service.
• Estimate the length of time required to complete a job and the likely consequences of failure to complete work within required timescales.
• Identify and escalate any activity that has the potential to cause harm or damage.
• Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults, and concerns to direct report.
• Ensure all work is undertaken to a high-quality standard and adheres to all quality standard regulations.
• Ensure company targets are met in respect of the quality of parts produced.
• Identify spare requirements and log usage.
• Carry out PPM schedules as necessary and planned work orders as required and provide feedback to develop the system.

• More than one year of proven experience as maintenance technician in manufacturing environment.
• Hands on troubleshooting experience as a maintenance technician

The Maintenance Head is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities to ensure optimal operation of machinery, equipment, and facilities within a semi-fabrication/metal parts manufacturing environment. This role involves managing a team, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and driving preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all equipment and facilities.
• Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring proper training and skill development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues promptly.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth operations and minimal disruption.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Bachelor Degree, Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic),Engineering (Mechatronic / Electromechanical),Engineering (Mechanical)
