We are looking for skilled Legal Executives with a passion for Insolvency Practice to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage insolvency cases, including liquidation, bankruptcy, and administration.
2. Prepare correspondences, reports, and presentations and attend to statutory meetings
3. Handling administrative and management of cash books and accounts of companies under liquidation and/or receivership
4. Conducting company searches and lodgements of documents/forms with SSM
5. Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the financial health of distressed companies.
6. Ensure compliance of legal formalities and ethical standards are adhered to with regards to companies under liquidation and/or receivership—advertisements, gazettes, liaising with insolvency department, etc
7. Liaise with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders to negotiate and resolve financial issues.
8. Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for court proceedings and creditor meetings.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Law.
2. At least 3 years of experience in corporate recovery & insolvency practice.
3. In-depth knowledge of corporate law, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, contract law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance principles.
4. Familiar with SSM, LHDN, insolvency compliance, accounting standards, tax laws, and filing procedures.
5. Exceptional report writing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and informative documents.
6. Ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines.
7. Able to travel when required
8. Ability to work independently and is a collaborative team player with attention to detail

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Formulate, plan and execute marketing plans e.g. exhibition fairs, product/ campaign launches, brand partnering, joint ventures, or media advertising to make sure the productivity and timeliness of all projects.
• Work with the marketing senior manager and team members to identify new market, whether on mass/ niche through a streamlined marketing research, competitor analysis and prevailing market conditions.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor data to develop and implement marketing projects for new and existing products.
• To analyze customer research and current market conditions.
• Be able to apply all analysis and establish a periodical review, and to assess and evaluate results, providing feedback to higher management to determine next steps.

The Country Legal team provides contractual, regulatory, compliance, governance advice, including the preparation of templates, reviews of agreements from multiple Grab and Supermarket businesses and attending to the product launches.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will create new templates and review/amend a variety of agreements, including commercial tenancy agreements and undertake legal research and help prepare draft advice for the business.
• You will conduct legal analysis on new product initiatives and any related requests from stakeholders.
• You will liaise with regional Grab Legal counsels in the region, internal stakeholders and external vendors.
