Job Responsibilities:

Security:

• Monitor and manage security appliances like XDR, WAF, and DLP.
• Assist in managing firewalls and security configurations.
• Collaborate with external security operations teams to address cybersecurity issues and potential threats.
• Assist in penetration testing and security findings for applications and servers.
• Engage with end users to resolve SOC findings.

Network/Server:

• Support the management of LINUX and Windows servers.
• Assist with Privilege Access Management (PAM).
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN systems and wireless networks.
• Ensure server and system backups are completed and monitored effectively.

Infrastructure:

• Help set up user work emails and Microsoft accounts.
• Troubleshoot user issues related to networks and software.
• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.

Job Requirements:

• Passionate about cybersecurity and network infrastructure.
• Studying or have basic knowledge in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and a good team player.

What you will do:

• To assist in providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
• To assist in Managing sales tracking tools and report on important information.
• To stay up to date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board.
• To liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies.
• To assist in developing and monitoring performance indicators.
• To compile and check company/business registration/relevant documents.
• To record/update internal systems for any financing application.
• To prepare financing agreements and relevant finance document.
• To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel are preferred).

Role Overview 

As a Narrative Designer Intern, you will work closely with the Narrative Design team to help bring our world, story, and characters to life. You’ll gain hands-on experience in writing, dialogue design, quest design, and the broader narrative development process. This internship will give you the opportunity to grow your skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while contributing to the creation of impactful, player-driven narratives.

What You Can Expect To Work On

• Collaborate on Story Development: Work with narrative designers to brainstorm and develop story ideas, plotlines, and character arcs.
• Write Dialogue and Content: Assist in writing character dialogue, narrative text, and in-game events to enhance the player experience.
• Quest Design Support: Design and document quest structure and objectives that drive the game's narrative.
• Worldbuilding: Assist in the creation of lore, setting details, and backstory to deepen the game world’s immersion.
• Playtesting and Feedback: Participate in playtesting sessions and provide feedback on the narrative elements, identifying opportunities for improvements.
• Research and Inspiration: Conduct research on storytelling techniques, games, books, films, and other media to inspire the narrative design process.
