Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Lead and inspire the warehouse operations team to ensure the timely dispatch of customer orders, precise inventory management, and optimized operational efficiency across Singapore and Malaysia.
- Process Innovation: Proactively identify and eliminate process bottlenecks while capitalizing on improvement opportunities to enhance overall operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Financial Stewardship: Analyze comprehensive financial reports to discern trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction, providing strategic insights to guide operational budgeting and resource allocation.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage advanced data analytics to develop and track key performance metrics, providing strategic feedback to drive productivity and align team efforts with company objectives.
- SOP Management: Lead the continuous review and enhancement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices in warehouse operations, supply chain management, and logistics.
- Team Development: Build and nurture a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence to become the central backbone of pandamart.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between operations and other departments, ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives and fostering a collaborative environment to support business growth.
- Change Management: Drive initiatives related to operational scalability and innovation, managing change effectively while minimizing disruptions to service delivery.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring that all operational strategies align with enhancing the customer experience and meeting service level agreements.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements and safety standards, promoting a safe and secure working environment.
