Job Brief:

A UAT (User Acceptance Testing) lead is responsible for designing and executing test plans and scripts to verify that software meets the general insurance business and technical requirements, particularly regarding finance functions.

Job Responsibilities:

• UAT tester provides direction to the QA team to design, plan and execute highly complex system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle.
• Creates and maintains user acceptance test/business scenarios for projects simultaneously.
• Liaise with the business analyst to analyse complex requirements.
• Designing, Creating and running UAT test Cases.
• Identify the data for testing, analyse the tests results & reporting on metrics.
• Escalate issues encounter during the testing.
• Work directly with project team member to view system and business requirements, come up with test cases and test scripts from the requirements practicing.
• Perform UAT testing before rollout to Train testers to ensure good quality of testing

Job Requirements:

• Possessing a relevant degree such as a Bachelor's or a University Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Business Administration/Management is required.
• A minimum of 2 years in testing or an operations background is necessary.
• Ability to estimate work effort accurately.
• Analyze active issues to assess their impact on training and documentation.
• Experience in documenting business requirements and workflows; capable of preparing realistic tests relevant to the business.
• Familiarity with the insurance industry, including best practices and standards (SOPs) in finance operations, as well as test maturity model integration for Credit Control, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP). Knowledge of finance operations or finance systems is preferred.
• Ability to understand and clearly articulate both business and system functionality.

As a Lead Test Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in defining and implementing the company’s test automation strategy, in partnership with other senior engineering leads. 

Key responsibilities & goals 

• You will lead test automation for one of the company’s core products (e.g. AREMA, Cardworks). 
• You will identify areas that benefit from improved test automation, and execute implementation plans to achieve these improvements. 
• Your scope will cover several modules/sub-components of the product. 
• As a lead, you will help train technical QAs in test automation, including identifying needs for formal 3rd party training or courses. 
• You will partner with Platform tech leads to help the company provide the best tech stack for test automation. 
• You may be asked to consult or advise testing initiatives on other products, but your focus will be on your own product. 

Required skills & experience 

• 7+ years in Quality Assurance (QA), with at least 4 years in Test Automation specifically, OR 5+ years in Software Engineering with a focus on testing. 
• Expertise in at least 2 key areas of testing – web, mobile, API/backend, security, performance. 
• Experience with industry standard testing platforms or frameworks e.g. Katalon, Playwright, Postman, Cypress, Appium, Robot Framework, Karate 
• Coding knowledge in 1 programming language e.g. Python, Javascript, Java, Golang 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, in English. 
• Preferred: 
• A track record of training and mentoring other QAs/automation engineers, whether through direct or indirect reporting.

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Assistant Finance Manager whose values align with our TEAM; standing for Together, Extra-mile, Accountable and Mindful. The Assistant Finance Manager works closely with the senior Finance team and Operations team to help with administrative and financial tasks, including invoicing, budget drafting, issuing purchase orders, and implementing and managing processes. The core focus of the team is to maintain the financial health of the business, and it's the Assistant Finance Managers role to create financial reports and support the Finance manager in any needed tasks.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare monthly and yearly account closing, make sure all figures are tally with Balance Sheet Notes schedule, IFRS Schedule & Interco Matrix.
• Prepare for monthly Close Call and present the Profit and loss & cash flow movement of the month.
• Prepare monthly Landlord 's Management Report.
• Prepare for monthly cash flow projection.
• Assist and support country manager on monthly, quarterly and yearly EOM slides.
• Review tax submission.
• Assist in preparing yearly budget.
• Check payment prepared by AP team.
• Liaise with external auditor on yearly audit.
• Liaise with external tax agent on yearly tax computation and submission.
• Liaise with company secretary, Commissioner for Oath and banker.
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
• Build solid relationships and give financial support across all departments and to vendors.
• Assist management in the preparation of the annual and monthly budgets, forecast, management reports and business plan

• Four years experience in a customer-facing leadership position, ideally within sales and operations.
• Personable with strong verbal and written communication
