Job Description

• Assist to handle day-to-day administration tasks/activities.
• Assist in general administration duties such as data entry, organisation of files, documents, and other co-ordination duties.
• Assist in preparing words, powerpoint and excel documents.
• Assist with preparing company events.
• Provide support in resolving any administrative problems.
• Undertake ad-hoc related tasks as assigned.
• Good motivation with a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.

Requirements:

• Willing to work in Bandar Kinrara Puchong
• 5 days working a week
• Working Hour 8.30am - 6pm
• Prefering in Female

• Responsible for an annual revenue target to be executed / developed through new business in the year.  
• Work together with Vertical Leaders / Customer Success Teams and independently identifying and addressing client’s business issue or project brief, with the support from the technical teams proposing the right & relevant solution (i.e. type of consumer study, data collection approach, research design, timeline and investment). This includes developing & presenting the proposed solution to clients.  
• Take lead on proactive client engagement, identifying the right decision makers within the targeted companies and maintain a relationship with prospective clients with the aim to become a trusted advisor, thus gaining more business opportunities.  
• Maintain an accurate and up to date knowledge on research techniques and applications; eager to learn about value added analysis to properly answer client’s key research objectives.   
• Demonstrate willingness and ability to think about the client's business and take concrete steps towards building knowledge about a key industry vertical and also Consumer Insights Solution.  
• Ensure the vertical leaders and customer success teams have a full understanding of the prospective client’s requirements to ensure we deliver quality outputs and achieve high CSAT results  
• Ensure the right costing and margin of all out going proposals 
• Support in Marcoms and create email campaigns via Sales Loft 
• Full compliance with our costing, leads, pipeline and revenue systems in timely manner

Job Brief:

Performs a variety of clerical tasks and administrative duties such as document processing, record keeping, report compilation, stock inventory and other office support services as directed by Superior.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for administrative procedures associated with recording and collating records for preparation of invoicing, delivery orders and other documents in connection with sales, service and deliveries.
• Maintaining stock/consumables goods control, inventory, stock movement, issues stock and makes requisitions for replacement.
• Handles routine accounting procedures and keeps records of transactions, banking transactions, receipts and statements, Debtors Ageing and collection. Prepares statements and reminder letters.
• Answering and recording daily service complaint calls for further distribution to technical staff.
• Compiles reports for information of management.
• Monitor, prepares Service Agreements and contracts and handles documents processing in relation to meter reading.
• Responsible for updating, keeping records of all documents under the scope of the Company's ISO 9001:2000.
• Deals with telephone enquiries, take messages, receives clients, ascertains their requests and directs them accordingly.
• Handles incoming and outgoing mail, sorting and distribution.
• General administration functions in the areas of daily office operations, stationery supplies etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' print environments, including hardware, software, and workflows.
• Analyze print usage patterns, costs, and security risks.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
• Develop customized MPS proposals tailored to specific client needs.

Solution Design:

• Design comprehensive MPS solutions, including hardware selection, software implementation, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Recommend strategies for improving print efficiency, security, and sustainability.
• Integrate MPS solutions with existing IT infrastructure and business processes.

Implementation and Deployment:

• Oversee the deployment of MPS solutions, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
• Configure and optimize print devices and software.
• Train end-users on new devices, workflows, and best practices.

Ongoing Management:

• Monitor print environments and proactively address issues.
• Analyze print usage data to identify trends and opportunities for further optimization.
• Manage service level agreements and ensure compliance.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.

Financial Analysis:

• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to justify MPS investments.
• Track and report on cost savings and return on investment (ROI).

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of print technologies, including printers, copiers, scanners, and MFPs.
• Knowledge of print management software and workflows.
• Experience in conducting IT assessments and audits.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Project management skills to oversee implementations and deployments.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• ITIL or other relevant certifications (preferred).
