About the role:

We are looking for a Technical Support Consultant to work within our globally distributed IT team, to provide IT technical support to all our users across the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities will include:

• Provide day to day IT support to all our people, including call logging, troubleshooting, IT admin tasks such as new user setup, password resets, and PC builds
• Support of the IT environment, including servers, systems, networks, and other devices
• To assist on various projects and upgrades to meet Turner & Townsend’s goals
• Assist in office moves and changes with respect to the installation and changes to the IT and Voice infrastructure and all associated peripherals
• Manage asset database, and control software register
• Build positive working relationships with the business.
• Excellent interpersonal and PC support skills, User & Server Administration, Active Directory & Azure AD (Entra), MS Windows 10\11, MS 365 including Exchange online, Office, Endpoint manager, Intune, etc.
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

Duties will vary and be revised due to the nature of the IT Support environment (the above is a guide and not a comprehensive list of responsibilities).

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive for Key Account Management to drive growth within our motorcycle industry segment. This role is pivotal in managing our client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dealer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new motorcycle dealers through established partnerships and other sales channels.
• Dealer Support: Handle inquiries and complaints from dealers, providing effective solutions and recommendations to ensure satisfaction. Visiting motorcycle dealers regularly.
• Due Diligence: Conduct detailed Know Your Customer (KYC) assessments and due diligence for all onboarding applications.
• Contract Management: Arrange for the signing of facility agreements with dealers, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Performance Review: Review existing dealer facilities and performance, proposing adjustments to credit limits as needed.
• Additional Duties: Perform any other duties assigned by management as needed.

• Over 10 years of experience in SH&E and operational excellence roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• In-depth knowledge of applicable SH&E regulations, standards, and practices.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful SH&E and continuous improvement programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Experience in conducting SH&E audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

About the role:

The Pre-Sales Consultant is responsible for providing assistance to the sales team in identifying clients’ needs, proposing and demonstrating the financial solutions for insurance companies (Enterprise Accounting System) and works in conjunction with the Sales Executives to pursue high value software and services sales and business development opportunities within FIS’s current and prospective client base to achieve or exceed yearly sales goals, increase market share and maximize profits.

The Pre-Sales Consultant works closely with FIS’s sales executives, partners plus Product Development and Global/APAC Services to help identify, develop, and deliver sales of the insurance solutions. He also can be working as a team with the regional Sales and Pre-Sales for the same objective. He/she is responsible for developing and managing the clients technical and end user relationships and assisting sales executives in selling the strategic vision at c-level to board level as required.

What you will be doing

• Through direct communication with prospective clients, work with the Sales Executives to gain a thorough understanding of their business needs, system needs, various requirements.

• Help develop and articulate the solution to clients.

• Conduct Proof of Concept via developing some sample portals, interfaces, workflows, rules, etc. to demonstrate the capability of the entire solution

• He/she will be assuming the role of trainer for internal staff who is supporting the insurance business locally. 

What you bring

• Strong experience in Insurance domain specially Life Insurance. Experience in GI, Reinsurance or Takaful will be an advantage

• Hands on experience of working on Finance Transformation projects for Insurers including but not limited to IFRS 17, Process Automation and Transformation, Reporting automation.

• In depth understanding of financial software application landscape.

• In depth understanding of IT landscape for an Insurer.

• In depth knowledge of policy life cycle management and different downstream systems that rely on the data from the source Policy Admin system

• Knowledge of the insurance eco-system is a distinct advantage.

• Knowledgeable on policy admin system implementation/change management

• Knowledge of Actuarial systems/process will be an advantage

• Knowledge of the Prophet system a distinct advantage.

• Deep understanding of IFRS17 requirements, ERP solutions and services.

• Location will be based in Singapore or Hong Kong
