ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide mechanical simulations and solutions for edge-cutting flash memory products.
• Develop inhouse structural simulation automation platform based on commercial softwares (e.g. ANSYS, Abaqus).
• Predict and define structural risks and mechanisms using simulation tools for electronic packaging design, assembly and reliabilities.
• Material characterization for simulation accuracy and efficiency improvement  

• Total responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance management of the entire plant and building.
• Responsible for the operation and maintenance equipment for smooth operation of the plant, managing and leading preventive maintenance work as per schedule (CMMS) and coordinate with service/repair contractor.
• Regularly check and monitor the performance of machinery and systems to ensure they are operating within desired parameters.
• Make necessary adjustments to equipment settings or processes to optimize performance or meet operational needs.
• Record operational data such as pressure, temperature, flow rates, and production output for analysis and reporting.
• Monitoring performance, troubleshooting, maintained and determining, needed repairs and improvements.
• To coordinate, provide supports to Supervisor / Maintenance Engineer and managing external parties such consultant/contractors.
• Attend to any other duties assigned by Supervisor, Engineer and Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reports to Production Planning Supervisor.
• Plan, schedule, monitor and follow up closely on production performance and expedite the work order to ensure shipments to customer are meet.
• Regular interface with Production Manager/Supervisor/Leaders, Manufacturing Engineers and other required personnel to achieve the output goal and shipment requirement.
• To communicate and coordinate especially with Production team regularly to ensure smooth flow of production.
• To prepare reports in timely manner.
• Required to working in shift and station in Production Office.
• Any other tasks related to planning that assigned by superior from time to time.
• Participate in Improvement Projects related to Planning/Manufacturing or Automation

We are looking for a skilled and experienced PCB Debug Technician to join our team. As a PCB Debug Technician, your main responsibility will be to identify and rectify issues in printed circuit boards (PCBs) to ensure their proper functionality and adherence to design specifications You will be solely focused on debugging PCBs, and testing a;

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• PCB Debugging; Conduct thorough inspections and tests of PCBs to identify electrical, mechanical, or design issues that may affect their functionality
• Troubleshooting; Analyze and isolate problems within the PCB circuitry and components, utilizing various testing equipment and tools.
• Fault Diagnosis; Diagnose and interpret error reports or test results to pinpoint the root cause of PCB failures and malfunctions.

• Coordinating SSD mechanical qualification efforts for new products and change in designs, materials, or processes 
• Involve in mechanical reliability test include but not limited to solder joint analysis, environmental test, mechanical stress & solderability
• Providing recommendations on product release based on package reliability test results
• Jointly assess risk associated with excursions, conversions, reliability  ,qualification issues.
• Manage reliability schedule plan to stakeholders and provide progress update in timely manner
• Coordinate with technician to perform daily execution to meet project schedule
• Initiate failure tracker in JIRA and ensure it's properly closed
• Review Mechanical test result and provide recommendation
• Involve in New Product Introduction phase for tester bring up & resource readiness.
