Job Summary:

The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for managing all inbound and outbound customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, chat, email, and social media. • Distribute rate information as needed within the Expeditors network timely.
• Provide clear instructions on operational requirements so that branches can construct their DLSOPs.
