Key Responsibilities:

1. Credit Management:

You will assist the Senior Manager or Head of Department to facilitate in the design and planning process from various stages of the property development and project lifecycle. • To source for new prospective tenants in Berjaya Times Square mall.
• To follow up on existing tenants' tenancy matters.
• Perform activities related to department rentals, move-ins and lease renewals
• Responsible for leasing and tenancy administration functions including but not limited to the preparation of tenancy agreements and tenancy renewal.

• Prepare and check accuracy of account allocation

• Prepare monthly accruals and prepayment journal.

• Cooperate and assist in reconciling the month-end inventory book balances to actual physical counts

• Ensure all files and reports are properly filed for future reference and audit

• Follow-up on issues and queries relating to Travel Agents’ commissions

• Fixed Assets List update with complete documentation file in Fixed Assets File and audit.

• Reconciliation of Bank, Guest Deposits and Creditors Ledger

• Plan and conduct IT audits in accordance with the approved annual audit plan.

Job Description

• Assist the Project Manager / Construction Manager on the project site works progress and delivery.
• Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all site matters with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with the main contractor / subcontractors / consultant with the delivery of products and installation works.
• Liaise with suppliers/subcontractors on submission for approval and procurement of materials and products.
• To crosscheck and submit all documents required for materials submission, shop drawings, and as build drawing submission in team binder.
• Review of consultant’s documents for discrepancies.

• Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site.
• Carry out inspection of purchased materials delivered to the project site.
