Head of Property is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's real estate portfolio, including acquisition, management & disposition of properties. This role requires strategic leadership, extensive industry knowledge, & a proven track record in property management & real estate operations. Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Property Management

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in property management or real estate, with a proven track record of managing diverse property portfolios.

Job Responsibilities:

• Good understanding on customer’s requirements and current market trends in construction, semi conductor and/or other sectors.
• In charge of the project manpower requirement, material sourcing and monitoring of the project schedule and work orders distribution.
• To monitor on project progress claims, supplier claims, subcontractor claims and payment collection as per agreement.
• Attend project site meeting with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, authorities and other relevant parties to ensure smooth progress in the project execution.
• Capable of handling and resolve issues without any negative impact.

Responsibilities

Casual Mall Leasing:

To assist the team in ensuring that the monthly income target is achieved through profitable rental of promo space, advertising space, pushcart and any other available revenues.

To plan and source for suitable and relevant external parties in all aspects of casual leasing that are in-line with the Mall’s Brand Values.

To plan, source and execute thematic promotion space based on selected Marketing Campaigns.

Event and Campaign:

Assist in planning and executing effective Marketing campaigns in-line with the Company’s marketing objectives and positioning through events and promotions.

Coordinate logistics for events, ensuring they align with marketing objectives and tenant needs.

Strategy Development:

Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the mall’s brand and events.
