Job Requirement:

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or any equivalent  
• Min CGPA is 3.5
• Final year last semester, preferably 5 months internship or above. 
• Strong understanding of core Java concepts such as object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures and design patterns. 
• Basic understanding of database management systems (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server) including database design, SQL queries, and database transactions.

●    Gen AI and LLM POCs:

• Research and conduct POCs on internal applications of Gen AI such as internal chatbots based on proprietary company data.
• POCs on automating agent workflows such as call center, banking back-office tasks and BPO.

●    Applicants Identification and Verification & eKYC:

• Implement automated solutions for customer identity verification, anti-money laundering (AML) checks, and know-your-customer (KYC) compliance.
• Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure that machine learning models meet industry standards and guidelines.
• Ensure timely and accurate due diligence processes without compromising user experience.

●    Document Text Extraction and Understanding:

• Implement image processing and OCR solutions to extract text data from user-submitted documents.
• Implement natural language processing solutions to understand extracted text data.

●    Fraud Detection:

• Develop and improve ML models to detect and prevent fraudulent activities across Finexus’ fintech platform.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and anomalies indicative of fraudulent behavior.
• Automate repetitive fraud detection activities conducted by the operations team

Key responsibilities include:

As a Lead Test Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in defining and implementing the company’s test automation strategy, in partnership with other senior engineering leads. 

Key responsibilities & goals 

• You will lead test automation for one of the company’s core products (e.g. AREMA, Cardworks). 
• You will identify areas that benefit from improved test automation, and execute implementation plans to achieve these improvements.
