Role & Responsibilities:

1. Contract Lifecycle Management: Work with the Contract Manager to manage the creation, ongoing maintenance, and review of all contracts with business principals, partners, vendors, and customers to mitigate risk and maximize value for the company.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT technology contracting, including familiarity with Malaysian law and regulations, particularly around data confidentiality and privacy.

Position Overview:

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. 

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting into the Chief Investment and Property Officer, this role responsible for but no limited to:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

2. Licensing and Permits:

• Liaise with government agencies, inspectors, and other regulatory bodies.

3. Budget and Cost Management:

• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to stay within budget.
• Approve expenditures and manage project financials.

4. Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, team members, and senior management.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.

5. Risk Management:

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and implement contingency plans as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
